🔴The Met Office has issued a red weather warning for parts of Stirling and Strathallan tomorrow. Peak wind gusts will be from 80 to 90mph are expected. This brings the risk of significant disruption to transport and power supplies and dangerous conditions outdoors.

🟡🌨️A yellow weather warning for snow has also been issued to parts of the constituency. As much as 15-25cm is possible above 300m. Given the strong winds that will accompany the snow, temporary blizzard conditions are possible over higher ground, with some drifting also possible for a time.

⚡The Met Office is advising you to be prepared for power outages, if you experience one please call 105. Consider being prepared for outages by gathering torches and batteries, a mobile phone power pack and other essential items.

Household waste and recycling centres will be closed, as well as council car parks. The C60 and both park and ride services will be closed. For more information please keep an eye out on Stirling Council’s Website.

🏫Perth and Kinross Council have also announced that their Schools and Early Learning and Childcare settings will be closed tomorrow. Keep updated on their website and social media pages.

🚇There will be a significant impact on travel services, keep an eye on Scotrail, LNER and Midland Bluebird for more information.
